 The
holding is situated between the hills of the Molise at 300
meters altitude, with a view over the Adriatic sea, surrounded
by olive trees, wheat crop and sunflowers. Only a 15 minute
car drive from the coast to reach typical beach resorts with
full facilities or you may prefer to chose a more natural
environment along the coast. At the same distance you can
embark to reach the Tremiti islands from the nearby city of
Termoli. For those keen on excursions and mountains, easy
access to Maiella, Roccaraso and the National Park of Abruzzo.
Vasto, a city of art and culture is only at a 30 km distance,
offering also the fun of a great aquatic park “ACQUALAND”.
The building dates back to the 1950’s and has been recently
restructured; there are 2 floors: the ground floor offers a
common use kitchen with adjoining dining room and bathroom
facilities; the upper floor offers three large bedrooms. The
use of the kitchen is at the guests disposal and also all the
vegetables and fruit products from the garden of which the
farm is a proud producer. Bed & Breakfast is also available.
